当社は、Speed SIMサービス契約約款を定め、これによりSpeed SIMサービスを提供します。

この約款は一般規程及び重要事項説明書によって構成されます。一般規程はSpeed SIMサービス全体について、重要事項説明書はSpeed SIMサービスについて、適用されます。一般規程の内容と重要事項説明書の内容に差異がある場合には、重要事項説明書が優先して適用されます。
This agreement consists of general rules and an explanation of important matters. The General Regulations apply to the entire Speed SIM Service, and the Manual of Important Matters applies to the Speed SIM Service. If there is a discrepancy between the content of the general regulations and the content of the description of important matters, the description of important matters shall be applied with priority.
この約款は一般規程及び重要事項説明書によって構成されます。一般規程はSpeed SIMサービス全体について、重要事項説明書はSpeed SIMサービスについて、適用されます。一般規程の内容と重要事項説明書の内容に差異がある場合には、重要事項説明書が優先して適用されます。

契約者は、当社が契約者に対し付与する ID 及びパスワードの管理責任を負うものとします。
2. 契約者は、ID 又はパスワードを第三者に利用させてはいけません。
3. 契約者は、ID 又はパスワードが窃用され又は窃用される可能性があることが判明した場合には、直ちに当社にその旨を連絡するとともに、当社からの指示がある場合にはこれに従うものとします。

(6) 違法、不当、公序良俗違反、当社若しくは当社のサービスの信用を毀損する、又は、当社サービスを直接若しくは間接に利用する者に重大な支障をきたす等の態様でSpeed SIMサービスを利用するおそれがあるとき
(7) その他当社が不適切と認めたとき
2. 当社が前項の規定により、Speed SIMサービスの利用の申込を拒絶したときは、当社は、申込者に対し、書面をもってその旨を通知するものとします。

(6) Using mobile services provided in a manner that is illegal, unfair, violates public order and morals, damages the credibility of the Company or the Company's services, or seriously hinders those who directly or indirectly use the Company's services. when there is a risk
(7) When the Company otherwise deems inappropriate.
2. If the Company refuses the application for the use of the Speed SIM Service pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify the Applicant to that effect in writing.

(2) 当社又は当社のサービスの信用を毀損するおそれがある態様でSpeed SIMサービスを利用すること。
(3) 当社のサービスを直接又は間接に利用する者の当該利用に対し支障を与える態様においてSpeed SIMサービスを利用すること。
契約者が、第 18 条（契約者の義務）又は前条（禁止事項）に違反した場合にあっては、当社は、契約者に対してこれにより当社が被った損害の賠償請求をすることができるものとします。また、契約者がSpeed SIMサービスの利用に関して第三者に与えた損害につき当社が当該第三者に当該損害の賠償をしたときは、当社は、契約者に対し、当該賠償について求償することができるものとします。

3. 契約者は、当社に対し、当社が障害通知を連絡する場合の連絡先(以下本条において「障害時連絡先」といいます。)を通知するものとします。

契約者が当社に対しSpeed SIMサービスに関する債務を支払う場合において、消費税法(昭和 63 年法律第 108 号)及び同法に関する法令の規定により当該支払について消費税が賦課されるものとされているときは、契約者は、当社に対し、当該債務を支払う際に、これに対する消費税相当額を併せて支払うものとします。

(1) 当社又は契約者の電気通信設備が、送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃（情報通信ネットワーク又は電磁的方式で作られた記録に係る記録媒体を通じた電子計算機に対する攻撃のうち、送信先の電気通信設備の機能に障害を与える電気通信の送信により行われるサイバー攻撃をいいます。以下本条において同じとします。）の送信先となった場合に、当該送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃の送信元の電気通信設備からの通信に関して、当該送信元の電気通信設備の電気通信事業者に当該送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃への対処を求めるために、契約者から個別かつ明確な同意が得られた場合に限り、当社設備で必要な範囲において検知した通信記録（送信元 IPアドレス、ポート番号及びタイムスタンプ）を当該電気通信事業者に提供することを、電気通信事業法に定める「認定送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃対処協会」（以下本条において「認定協会」といいます。）に委託すること。
(2) 当社又は契約者の電気通信設備が、送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃の送信先となった場合に、認定協会が送信型電気通信設備サイバー攻撃の送信元の電気通信設備を特定するための調査及び研究を行う目的で、契約者から個別かつ明確な同意が得られた場合に限り、当社設備で必要な範囲において通信（送信先IPアドレス、ポート番号及びタイムスタンプ）を検知し、これを認定協会に提供すること。
(3) 国立研究開発法人情報通信研究機構法（平成 11 年法律第 162 号）に基づき国立研究開発情報通信研究機構が行う特定アクセス行為に係る電気通信の送信先の電気通信設備に関して、同機構が行う、送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃のおそれへの対処を求める通知に基づき、当該送信型対電気通信設備サイバー攻撃により当社の電気通信役務の提供に支障が生ずるおそれがある場合に、必要な限度で、当該特定アクセス行為に係る電気通信の送信先の電気通信設備のIPアドレス及びタイムスタンプから、当該電気通信設備を接続する契約者を確認し、注意喚起を行うこと。
(4) 契約者が、C＆Cサーバ等のサイバー攻撃に用いられるサーバと通信することを遮断するために、DNSサーバへの名前解決要求の際のクエリログその他関連する通信記録を自動的に検知すること。なお、契約者は、Speed SIMサービスの契約期間中いつでも、契約者の選択により、かかる検知及び遮断が行われない設定に変更できるものとします。
(5) サイバー攻撃の適切な予防措置及び事後対処に活用することを目的として、それらに関連する契約者の通信記録に係る情報分析基盤を構築及び運用すること。
